[Lorenzo de' Medici, also known as Lorenzo the Magnificent, was an Italian statesman. He had nine children, two of whom became popes. The Golden Age died when he died, and he is now buried in Florence.]
Lorenzo de' Medici, The Italian International Institute, is located here:
I'll be taking a drawing/painting studio, Italian, Introduction to Art Therapy, and two Art History classes: Masters of Italian Cinema and High Renaissance and Mannerism.
Now that it's happening it's crazy! There's so much to think about and so much to get done.
Now I need to thank my parents, because I know studying in Italy isn't cheap. You find money for the things that really matter, and apparently this is something that really matters to them (but only because it really matters to me). (But I guess they'll also benefit from it when they get to come visit, yay!).
I also owe a thank you to the University of Cincinnati Honors Program, which thought my trip was worthwhile enough to help encourage, as did UC International, which has been incredibly helpful throughout the whole process.
